These antique bottles were found in Dunedin, dug up in a home garden from a time when burying was the main means of glass disposal. In this original still life oil painting, light shines through and reflects off the bottles. The interaction between light and the thick, irregular vintage glass is aesthetically compelling. Beauty is found in imperfection.
